Luis Morales

Manager - Back Office services

Luis has a degree in Economics from the University of Lima. He has a Post Degree in National Public Investment System (SNIP) granted by the Universidad del Pacífico. He participated in the XLI Advanced Economics Extension Course of the Central Reserve Bank of Peru. Diploma in Project Management according to PMI standards (Project Management Institute). He has 20 years of professional experience doing financial consulting, process improvement and internal control work for various companies in our environment. Speaker of the NGO CITEL in the Agreement with the Community of Madrid and the Iberoamerica Europe Foundation for training and advice to SME entrepreneurs on issues related to income generation, competitiveness, and financial education. Luis is in charge of outsourcing services in back office for foreign companies that start operations in Peru (Start – Up).

Jaime Mendoza

Manager - Accounting

Jaime is a Public Accountant from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru and an Independent Auditor certified by the Association of Public Accountants of Lima. He has a postgraduate degree in Strategic Business Management and specialization studies in Taxes, International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Human Resources. He has more than 28 years of professional experience in accounting, taxes and auditing of financial statements, financial management and administrative management in Peruvian and international companies in the key sectors of the Peruvian economy. Before joining MORALES & CO, he served as Director of Administration and Finance at the Telefónica Group and as controller and auditor in various companies and professional firms.

Alex Sanchez

Manager - Accounting

Alex is a Public Accountant from the National University of San Marcos and certified by the College of Public Accountants of Lima. He has followed specialization courses in accounting, strategic planning and process improvement. He has more than 25 years of professional experience in accounting, taxes and accounting work. Alex leads multidisciplinary teams innovating and organizing processes serving companies in various key sectors of the Peruvian economy.

Carlos Osco

Manager - Taxes

Carlos is a graduate in Accounting from the Private University San Martín de Porres. He has followed specialization courses in Taxation and labor legislation. He has more than 20 years of professional experience in accounting and taxes serving local and international companies in the key sectors of the Peruvian economy. Throughout his career he has attended on behalf of our clients, multiple reviews by the tax authority.

Mario Wurst

Manager - Accounting and Audit

Mario is a Public Accountant from the National University of San Marcos and an Independent Auditor certified by the Association of Public Accountants of Lima. He has followed specialization courses in financial auditing, banking and finance and money laundering prevention. He has more than 30 years of professional experience in accounting, financial auditing and internal auditing, serving local and international companies in the key sectors of the Peruvian economy. Before joining MORALES & CO, he was a financial auditor at Arthur Andersen (now Ernst & Young) and an internal auditor at major banking entities.

Marco Loayza

Partner - Consulting, Risks and International Customers

Marco is an accountant. Bachelor of Administration and Bachelor of Accounting from Universidad del Pacíficio, Peru. He obtained the Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Maryland, United States. He is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and obtained certification as a Public Accountant (CPA) in the United States. He has more than 30 years of experience providing internal audit and risk management services in the United States and Latin America. He has specialized in the application of COSO models of internal control and integral risk management, and in internal audit quality evaluations. He is in charge of integrating the services that MORALES & CO. offers its international clients. Before joining MORALES & CO., He worked in recognized global auditing and consulting firms.

Emilio Servat

Partner - Taxes

Emilio is a Public Accountant from the University of Lima and certified by the Association of Public Accountants of Lima. He has postgraduate studies in Taxes and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Founding partner of MORALES & CO. He has more than 28 years of professional experience in accounting, tax and audit services, serving local and international companies in the construction, mining and services sectors. Emilio leads the tax area of ​​our Firm, having successfully attended multiple inspection processes by the tax authority. Before forming MORALES & CO., She worked in renowned local companies and auditors linked to tax issues.

Cesar Morales

César is a Public Accountant from the University of Lima and an Independent Auditor certified by the Association of Public Accountants of Lima. He has a Master’s degree in Taxation and specialization courses in Auditing, International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Internal Control and Corporate Risk Management Standards. He acts as an expert in arbitration proceedings of the Chamber of Commerce of Lima (CCL). Before forming MORALES & CO, César was a financial auditor at Arthur Andersen (today Ernst & Young).
